I decided to exchange with the Chatbot of Air france which is named Louis and answer only on a subject which is baggages.
It was a good experience and the chatbot is really reactive, there are even answers which are already prepared.
I only remarked that there are some questions, even on baggage, that the chatbot can't answer; so there are some things which need to be reviewed.
Thanks for extensive screenshots -you are right, chatbots will affect jobs.
